The store may be very good, which I don't know, but the customer service via WhatsApp is THE WORST! The appointment for an advisor to see you takes longer than an appointment with the EPS (more than 48 hours and I still have not received a response from the supposed advisor), and the one who answers you does not even say hello, but literally there is no and What does he want? (I have the test screenshots). Incredible, I wish the owners would see the type of workers they hire and the handling they give to potential clients. Incredible. I give it 1 star because it fits.

The attention from the entrance to the store is terrible, the girls who call themselves sales consultants are rude and daring, it's up to you to take care of yourself, lift the rolls and almost cut the fabric, they send you from consultant to consultant and No one answers, they answer yelling at the customer...the only person who received adequate attention was a gentleman who was in civilian clothes and ended up attending
